ABOUT ME
Howdy! My name is Karla Kharoufeh and I am a self-disciplined and motivated individual who is resilient and thrives in a team setting. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Park and Tourism Sciences at Texas A&M University at College Station. I will be graduating with certificates in Community Recreation and Park Administration, Youth Development, Hospitality Management, and Event Management. In the future I would love to be an event coordinator for hotel events. After completing these events, I have learned that team work is extremely important, planning will only get you so far, and contacting and reaching out to people takes longer than one would think. Whenever you volunteer at an event, all of the details are already planned out but whenever you are the person planning the event, coordinating everything and everyone is much more difficult.
